Lucille Ashworth

Lucille Thompson Ashworth, 92, of Chase City, VA, passed away on August 25, 2012. She was born on June 18, 1920 to the late Charles and Nancy Thompson. She is survived by one daughter, Sandra Ragland and her husband, Gene of Chase City, VA, one granddaughter, Tara Hite and her husband Jonathan of Halifax, VA, one great-grandson, Evan Hite, two sisters, Pauline Collie of Chase City, VA, and Daisy Winn of Concord, VA, and her caring and wonderful caregivers, Cora, Dana, Lois, Yvonne, Brenda, and Paula. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church with Reverend Gene Burris officiating. Visitation will being one hour prior to the service.
