Frances Mills

Frances Melton Mills, 77, of Richmond, VA, passed away on April 18, 2013. She was born on August 24, 1935 in Mississippi. She is survived by three sons, Harold Moyers, James Moyers, and Frank Moyers; two sisters, Alice Cappell and Millie Meadows; a brother, John Melton; two grandchildren, Selena McIntyre and Eric Armstrong; two great-grandchildren, Leland McIntyre and Avlyn Armstrong; numerous nieces and nephews; three step-children, Shelby Dillard, Barry Mills, and Yvonne Strickland; five step-grandchildren; and five step-great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at the Mills Family Cemetery on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at 12 p.m. Newcomb Allgood Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
