Anne Hazel Shelton, 95, of Victoria, Virginia passed away on July 16, 2014. She was born on May 20, 1919 in Lunenburg County to the late Willie and Lucy Finch. She is survived by several devoted friends. She is predeceased by her brother, Aubrey Shelton. A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 18, 2014 at 2 p.m. at the Shelton Family Cemetery.
