Virgie Poole

Virgie Anderson Poole, 95, of Chase City, Virginia passed away on August 18, 2014. She was born on March 3, 1919 in Charlotte County to the late Clarence and Virdie Anderson. She is predeceased by her husband, Luther L. Poole and her son, Darrell G. Poole. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia P. Gryder and her husband, Tom of Chase City, two granddaughters, Cheryl G. Fox and her husband, Danny of Boydton and Debbie G. Parsons and her husband, Freddie of Chase City, five great-grandchildren, Trevor Fox, Danielle Fox, Sarah Parsons, Lindsey Parsons, and Brandon Parsons, and one great-great-granddaughter, Ava Grace Fox. Mrs. Poole is a member of Public Fork Christian Church. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at 2 p.m. at the Newcomb Allgood Funeral Home chapel.
