Kenneth Scott Owen, 41, of Phenix, Virginia passed away on October 8, 2014. He was born on November 2, 1972 in Halifax, Virginia to Kenneth Ray Owen of Chase City and the late Sandra JoAnn Hancock. He is survived by his children, Darian Owen of Phenix, Kenneth J. Owen of Phenix, and Taryn Lee Owen of Phenix, and his devoted friend, Angie Owen.
