William Reamey

William Henry Reamey, 77, of Chase City, Virginia passed away on December 14, 2014. He was born on July 5, 1937 in Chase City, Virginia to the late Henry Homer Reamey and the late Vergie Jane Newton Reamey. He is survived by his sisters, Elizabeth R. Owen and Helen R. Gurley, nieces, Margaret Seamans, Jean Thompson, Karen Hupp, Tanya Cole, Carolyn Flynn, Angela Harris, Beverly Rutledge, Diana Payne, Elaine Wilmouth, Felicia Rutledge and Tara Murphy, nephews, Keith Jones, Tony Jones, and Paul Jones, and numerous great nieces and great nephews. He is predeceased by his sisters, Mae R. Lanyon, Edith R. Flynn and Nellie R. Jones, nephews, Randy Lee Owen and Reginald Lloyd Jones, niece, Lisa Carroll Flynn and great nephew, Zachary Cole. Mr. Reamey retired from Lewis Tree Service. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15, 2014 from 7 until 8:30 p.m. at Newcomb Allgood Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at 11 a.m. at the Newcomb Allgood Funeral Home chapel. Interment will follow at Friendship United Methodist Church cemetery.
