Robert Jones

John Robert Jones, age 61, of Red Oak, Virginia passed away on Saturday, March 27, 2021. He was born on May 19, 1959 in Halifax County, Virginia and was the son of the late Johnnie James Jones, Sr. and the late Nannie Lou Dempsey Jones.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Johnnie James Jones, Jr. and sister, Rita Lynn Holder.

Robert is survived by his brothers, Jesse Jones (Marilyn), Neal Jones (Wilsie), and Herbert Jones (Barbara); sister, Ruth Melton (Bubba); brother-in-law, Tony Holder; sister-in-law, Debbie Jones; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

A memorial service for Robert will be held on Saturday, May 22, 2021.
