Charlie Bailey, Jr.

Charlie Allen Bailey, Jr., 67, of Drakes Branch, VA, passed away on June 11, 2011. He is the son of Lillian Burns Bailey of Ft. Mitchell, VA, and the late Charlie Allen Bailey, Sr. He is survived by his wife Kathleen Ann Bailey, two sons, Daryle Allen Bailey and Jackie of Skipwith, VA, and Duane Eddy Bailey and Sharon of Keysville, VA, three daughters, Kim and Steve Wyatt of Lynchburg, Virginia, Dawn and Jeff Santello of Keysville, VA, and Debbie and Jon Johnson of Virginia Beach, VA, one brother, Larry “Pop” Bailey and Debbie of Ft. Mitchell, VA, one sister, Linda Bailey-Stegall of Danville, VA, eleven grandchildren, David, Kevin, Justin, Jonathan, Chris, Tyler, Ashley, Stephen, Cristen, Kathryn, and “Lil’ John,” eight great-grandchildren, and four nephews. Charlie was a member of the Blackwater Hunting Club, the Victoria Country Club, and Salem Christian Church. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 from 7 until 8:30 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at 2 p.m. at the Newcomb Allgood Funeral Home chapel. Interment will follow at Salem Christian Church in Ft. Mitchell, VA.
